Very interesting stuff here, I'm looking forward to going over the rest of it. A little confused though, you're making the case for FDI going into Africa as their only source of alleviating themselves from their current condition. Thats all fine, but where do you get off with the "without local skill and ambition" Can you really be so naive as to label an entire country as without ambition??
