This is so much nonsense its almost not worth commenting. However, I detest the "its so incorrect I won't even dignify it with a response" so: 
 
>South Africa has a mature black lead government 
>Many of the wealthiest people and surely the newly wealthy are black 
>Crime is not confined to next to the squatter camp 
>The last tree paragraphs are just unrelated ranting like many of the early one - what is the point.
